Azizi Developments was founded by Mirwais Azizi (2006 per Propsearch, 2007 per Forbes Middle East) and registered with the Dubai Land Department as developer no. 1002 in May 2014. Forbes Middle East reported more than 45,000 completed units in January 2026.
On the Creek it delivered Creek Views I (2022) and II (2024), since renamed Farhad and Fawad Azizi Residence, is completing Creek Views III and launched Creek Views IV and Jaddaf Beach Oasis in 2026.
