About this site
Dubai Creek is an independent information and marketing platform about property in Dubai Creek Harbour, Al Jaddaf, Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2 and Dubai Festival City. It is published for international marketing, information and advertising purposes only. It is operated by an independent marketing company, which is not a real estate brokerage and does not act as one.

Not an official website
Dubai Creek is not the official website of Dubai Creek Harbour, Emaar Properties, Dubai Holding, Dubai Healthcare City Authority, Al-Futtaim or of any developer named on it, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Place, project and developer names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the area and its projects.

Listings and advertising permits
Homes and projects are advertised under the Dubai Land Department (Trakheesi) permit of the licensed brokerage or developer that holds them; where a permit applies, its number is shown on the listing or ad it covers. Price and availability are confirmed by that brokerage or developer before any viewing.

Your requests
When you send a request, your details are passed to a RERA-licensed real estate brokerage in Dubai (or to the developer), which contacts you and handles any viewing, offer and transaction. We may contact you first to understand what you are looking for. How your data is used is described in the privacy policy.

Advertising
Dubai Creek may promote its content on third-party platforms. Any ad for a specific home or project carries the advertising permit of the brokerage or developer that holds it. These terms and the privacy policy apply to visits that start from an ad or a shared link.

Information, prices and dates
Facts, prices and handover dates come from the sources cited on each page (last checked: 29 September 2026). They are indicative and may change without notice. Prices exclude registration fees, service charges and, where applicable, agency fees. Handover dates are those announced by the developer; the contractual date is in the sale and purchase agreement.

Images
Images are labelled by type. Developer renders and illustrations, some of them partly generated with AI, are indicative: finished homes, views, materials and layouts may differ.

No property is sold, reserved or paid for on this site. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or investment, legal or tax advice. Rental yields are gross, indicative and not guaranteed; no capital growth is guaranteed. Take independent advice before you commit.

We take care to keep the information accurate but cannot guarantee that it is complete or current. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of this site: check every figure with the brokerage or developer, and in the contract.
